Why Women Only?
This isn’t a battle of the sexes; we love all beings.
Soft Yoga is a safe space for women to come together in support, nurture, and celebration of our individual selves, and as a collective. You can come as you are and be supported in that, not feel as if you must morph into something more palatable.
Modern life is very yang, and feminine energy is receptive to its environment. We understand the strain felt by women in this landscape and we have created a sanctuary for them to rest in.
This space, and everything in it, is specially designed for women.
We understand the pressures women face in life, in society, in our families, from ourselves.
We are women. We have experienced so much in our collective lives and have had yoga as our medicine the whole way through.
Is there any parking available at the studio? Are you close to public transport?
Yes! There are plenty of free parking bays along Bourke Street.
We are also located on the No 15 Bus Route, and approximately 900m from the Leederville Train Station.
How early should I arrive for class?
We start class on time, so it is a good idea to allow 10 minutes to find your spot, settle in and get comfortable.
What do I need to bring along to class?
We have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable practice. If you prefer to use your own mat, feel free to bring it along.
We have bolsters, blankets and eye pillows to make your practice time a wonderful experience.
Do you have Change Room Facilities?
We have a toilet and space to change, but do not have a shower, so please factor that into your day :)
