Slow Flow

A moving yoga practice featuring traditional shapes and the time to truly feel them in your body.

 

Classes include tune in, selections of yoga asana and meditative practices.

 

Your movement will serve as the ultimate connection with yourself and although the class is guided, you are the true teacher.

Prenatal Yoga

A gentle practice to encourage softening, stretching and mental centering for this special time in life.

 

This is also a great opportunity to connect with like-minded mamas in a similar situation.

 

Offered as a 5-week series of weekly 75 minute sessions.

Yin

A still, meditative practice which guides you to both introspection and deep relaxation.

 

The practice is entirely floor-based, and you will be supported with cushions, blocks, and other props to tailor the practice to your needs.

 

Yin Yoga supports your connective tissue which supports everything you do.

Restorative Yoga

The ultimate recharge. Rest in postures for lengthy periods of time using multiple props for support.

 

This class is soothing for the nervous system and guides you to switch off the stress response, tuning in to relaxation.

 

This therapeutic practice is ideal for any women who feels tired by the obligations and expectations in their life, or who suffers from anxiety, stress, or insomnia.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a profound modality which bypasses mental chatter and releases stagnant emotion, creating space for clarity, wisdom, and deep meditation.

 

Breathwork classes at Soft Yoga are a guided exploration of ancient breathwork patterns designed to increase inner vitality and peace. The practices mobilise the diaphragm, create expansion, and elongate the breath cycle.

 

When the breath is used in this way it helps to increase supply of oxygen through the body, leading to improved functionality.

Sensual Meditation

A 30 minute guided exploration of techniques to cultivate compassion and acceptance, and bring awareness to the experiences of pleasure that are readily available to you.

Sensual Yin

A yin practice which guides you to feel softer, empowered, sensual, liberated and aware of your unique beauty. Throughout this gentle and juicy class, you will be invited to create a place of safety, deep acceptance and self-love within your mind, body and soul. This gathering of women is a place to share and connect in a transformative, compassionate and powerful way.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga Is the yoga of Awareness incorporating breathwork, mantras, Kriyas and Meditation to bring a deeper understanding of what is happening in our own bodies and emotional landscape.

 

This class moves in rhythm with the natural cycles of the moon and encourages women to honour their own unique rhythm.

 

We Tune into our intuition where our feminine spirit blossoms and practice techniques designed for healing a woman’s body and mind.
